The Tony-nominated musical “Titaníque” is preparing to expand its reach across North America with a newly announced national tour scheduled to begin in 2027.
Producers confirmed the touring production will visit multiple major cities, with initial stops including Los Angeles, San Diego, Charlotte, Oklahoma City, and Washington, D.C. Additional dates and cities are expected to be announced in the months ahead.
The announcement arrives as the musical continues its successful Broadway engagement at the St. James Theatre while also running in London’s West End. The production has become one of the season’s standout hits, earning four nominations at the 2026 Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Co-creator and star Marla Mindelle also received a nomination for Leading Actress in a Musical.
“Titaníque” reimagines the 1997 blockbuster film “Titanic” through a comedic lens while incorporating the music of Céline Dion. The production officially opened on Broadway April 12 after beginning preview performances March 26.

The show features a book written by Mindelle, Constantine Rousouli, and Tye Blue. Rousouli currently stars in the Broadway production as Jack, while Blue also directs the musical. Music supervision, orchestrations, and arrangements are handled by Nicholas James Connell.
Casting details for the national tour have not yet been revealed. The touring company’s casting process is being overseen by Rachel Hoffman of The Telsey Office.
Before arriving on Broadway, “Titaníque” began as a one-night concert presentation in Los Angeles in 2017. The project later moved to New York’s Green Room 42 in 2018 before evolving into a fully staged Off-Broadway production in 2022.
Although originally planned as a limited engagement, the musical quickly became a breakout success and eventually transferred to the Daryl Roth Theatre, where it remained for a three-year run that concluded last year. Since its debut, the production has expanded internationally with stagings in Australia, Canada, London’s West End, Chicago, and Paris.
